Mr. Bob was a delight to work with. He met me at my house same day and gave me competitive pricing. I had a new 14 x 14 concrete patio put in and my porch stairs repaired. It was originally supposed to be 12x12 with plans to have a sunroom mounted on the patio in the future. Mr. Bob saved me a lot of grief by recommending the proper size and type of concrete needed for the job. The crew was courteous and patient. I had to make arrangements for a fence to come down and they were flexible and worked with me and the neighboring property owner. The patio and stairs were completed 4 days early and look amazing! I would hire them again and highly recommend!

The owner was personable and answered every call. His team removed my old, decrepit stone steps and replaced them with well-made wooden steps. Highly recommended.

I hired and paid Home World, LLC on December 8, 2020, to repair my flat roof leak around the bathroom exhaust fan. The repair/patchwork did not repair the leak, so Mr. Bob returned to my home on Saturday, January 2, 2021, for reassessment. The NEW assessment on why the roof is leaking is because elbows are needed on the exhaust pipes on the roof and this will be an additional charge of $300-$400. After I questioned why was not this part of the original assessment, he became belligerent and stated I thought you were different, you are just like the rest of them. Taking advantage of homeowners appears to be his business practice.

The work did not meet my specification. It is not what we agreed upon and not part of the contract. When i tried to get a resolution, he would not even respond. Cracks started in the concrete within a week of the work being done. The drainage part of the contract was not met ,and it left a hole on the property between me and my neighbor-- They failed to grade the cement properly in order for water to run off in the correct direction.

The team that did the actual work was amazing, Randolph Construction. All of the guys that work for Randolph Construction that were on site to do this project for us were polite, great customer service, on time and provided superior quality work.

Extremely prompt and courteous service was delivered. A thorough explanation of work was offered prior to beginning of work and a warranty provided. Very pleased. Owner clearly stands by his crews work with pride. Will be recommending to a neighbor with a similar need.

When I was searching for a company to make a new driveway for me, I called Home World, LLC and talked with Mr. Bob, the owner. He came to see me within an hour and looked at the property. He laid out the plan for my driveway and noticed a few other things which could be improved as well. Always replied to my phone calls promptly and frequently came to discuss with work with me. His crew was excellent and the work was done in two days! All in all, I am very happy with my new driveway and the excellent contractor, Mr. Bob and his crew.

For me it was service within two hours. The work was fast, efficient and reasonable.

Home World responded promptly to my request for servicing my roof. They started shortly after I described the problem to them. Mr. Bob owned the company and was highly responsive to any concerns that I had. He also assisted me with issues not in our contract.

I am very pleased with the driveway work that Home World did for me. they made it easy for me. I will use them again for other projects I have around my home.
