They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. "Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? I got excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The new mailbox with a new post is fine."

"I contacted Metropolitan chimney when we discovered water dripping inside our fireplace.  Oscar was very professional on the phone and arranged to come out to look that afternoon.  He arrived promptly and assessed our chimney.  After 25 years, the concrete crown needed to be replaced.  He also sealed several areas and replaced mortar joints that were cracked/damaged.  After all repairs were completed he applied waterproofing to the entire outside chimney.  After the next rain, we did still have a minor drip.  I called and spoke with Oscar and he was out to our home within 3 hours.  He inspected every brick of the chimney again and repaired a few more possible problem areas.  He did not charge any additional fee for this return trip.  We have had absolutely no problems since the repair and are VERY happy with Metropolitan Chimney and Oscar.  I would really recommend them for anyone that needs chimney or masonry services.

"Travis and Chris were great.  On time, professional, and quality work. 
They did a variety of jobs that all required getting on a ladder.  It was a very hot/humid day and they did the work with a smile.  They installed an attic fan, some lights, and cleaned my gutters.  Although Travis is very experienced, he was not ?above? cleaning leaves out of a gutter.  I have already referred them to others.  He has fair pricing and excellent communication skills.  Thanks!

"The service was A+! The technician was timely and had everything he needed to do the job. He assessed the best way to mount the TV. He made a new cable outlet and electric outlet behind where the TV was to be mounted. He was fast and very efficient. He handled my TV with care and mounted it correctly the first time! The cables and wires are all hidden and it looks great! I had just had my condo renovated and all the cables were not hooked up properly yet. I had an appointment scheduled with the cable company to do that, but the technician took a quick look at it and hooked up my cable! When it was all installed, he went through the channels to see that it was working ok. He also went through the streaming capability and insured everything was working as it should. He was very helpful, answering even the most basic questions I had. He was polite and professional. He cleaned up after the work was done. Great job! I would hire them again!!!"

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.
