"The 2-man crew showed up on time and were ready to go as soon as they arrived. Removal of the old damaged tension springs and installation of the new tension springs plus realignment of the trolley rail took about an hour."

"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. "Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? I got excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The new mailbox with a new post is fine."

"Oscar was a very responsive and provided a thorough survey of the existing chimney.  He produced a quote while onsite.  The quote came in lower than another company previously provided, so I decided to go with Metropolitan.  Oscar was able to accept a 20% deposit via credit card on the spot.  He scheduled our work for the next week.  Two days prior, he called to confirm the installation date and arrival time.  The crew showed up on time and worked the entire day without issue.  Unfortunately it rained for the next few days, so no work was able to be done. The crew did show up again at 4P the day after it stopped raining, and then at 4P the next day to work some more.  Each day they were only able to complete a few things before shutting down.  I imagine this was a result of trying to fit in existing jobs that had to be fit in due to all the rain, but it would have been nice to receive a revised schedule.  The next day was a full work day and the work was complete.  The guys did a nice job cleaning up.  Oscar came by the next morning to show me close up pictures of the work and to collect the final money owed. Overall, I enjoyed working with Oscar.  He seems like a very honest man and I would trust his team to perform future work at our residence.

"Travis and Chris were great.  On time, professional, and quality work. 
They did a variety of jobs that all required getting on a ladder.  It was a very hot/humid day and they did the work with a smile.  They installed an attic fan, some lights, and cleaned my gutters.  Although Travis is very experienced, he was not ?above? cleaning leaves out of a gutter.  I have already referred them to others.  He has fair pricing and excellent communication skills.  Thanks!

"The service was A+! The technician was timely and had everything he needed to do the job. He assessed the best way to mount the TV. He made a new cable outlet and electric outlet behind where the TV was to be mounted. He was fast and very efficient. He handled my TV with care and mounted it correctly the first time! The cables and wires are all hidden and it looks great! I had just had my condo renovated and all the cables were not hooked up properly yet. I had an appointment scheduled with the cable company to do that, but the technician took a quick look at it and hooked up my cable! When it was all installed, he went through the channels to see that it was working ok. He also went through the streaming capability and insured everything was working as it should. He was very helpful, answering even the most basic questions I had. He was polite and professional. He cleaned up after the work was done. Great job! I would hire them again!!!"

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."
