The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. "Very pleased - arrived on time - quoted the above job - had to replaced faucet and 30 year + old sump pump, main shutoff - cleared drain for sink/disposal and fixed dish washer drain pipe etc. Jermaine had to get WSSC to come out and repair outside water feed, otherwise he would have completed in a few hours (had to wait for WSSC).
