"The crew that replaced the deck was prompt and did a high quality job. They evidently though did not speak fluent English. The project manager and office manager of Deck Soldier answered all of my questions, but could have done a better job communicating on their own initiative what the crew was planning to do the next day when they left for the day while the job was in progress. All in all, though, we're very pleased with the new deck and I would Deck Soldier an A grade for the job. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for and I would recommend them"

My deck looks amazing and Noel even corrected some deck issues that were not within the scope of the project. "Much to expensive for the minor repair needed. Only had to mud three sides since the 4th was the floor. I had even spoken to the manager prior to purchasing the 4 hours because I wasn't sure it would take all 4 hours. He assured me I would receive my money back if there was additional money left over and that upon explaining the job it would take two trips so the mud could dry and 2 hours per trip seemed easily doable. I was very disappointed that we work too more than 4 hours total. Again, no painting was included.

"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers.
