"Teresa and her team completed our first, deep cleaning today. Our home has never been this clean! Everything sparkles. Stubborn stains are gone. Tops of cabinets and bookcases are dust free, as are areas under beds and hard-to-reach corners. The cleaning took longer than expected because they did such an amazing job, but it was absolutely worth the extra time. And it is obvious the team loves what they do! "The ladies were punctual and nice. I personally felt they spent a great deal of time upstairs where there wasn't much to do in empty bedrooms. They also broke a light in my bathroom. Thankfully it's going to be replaced eventually anyway, but still frustrating. Considering this was a "deep clean" I was hoping for better quality cleaning in the main areas. There was no furniture to clean or dust; just floors to vacuum and mop. They did do windows, which was nice. They weren't prepared or aware of my special requests for the ceiling fan or above the door - which I asked 3 times if it would be a problem and I was told no. The sweeping out of the garage and basement was useless, but I'll let that go. I felt like I had to clean again behind them. Maybe for regular service they would perform better, but they are pricy and just meh. I found a much better deal with another company who does a better job for half the cost!"

"I had a terrible stain on a couch cushion that had been there a long time. I would have been happy if the result was just that it was not so dark. But he got it out. I can still see it a little, but it is not noticeable to anyone else. He also cleaned the carpet in one room. The technician was very nice and explained what he was doing. It was very clear that he wanted to do a great job, and he did. Also, he arrived on time. I will use them again. I highly recommend them."

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."
