I asked him to come back and try again, so he came and treated my couch with the strongest, top quality deodorizer not available on commercial markets. But the worst part is that I still discovered bits of fur and an old ziploc bag with crumbs lodged under the seat back. Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration needs to work on their attention to detail - especially if you want to justify such a large price tag."
