Best water softener pros near La Vale, MD

"Scott was super informative and helpful in showing us the difference in the water softener systems. We love that we now have the added alkaline water â on tap!â"

"Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the procedure. Very fast install. Can already see huge difference in my water."

"The sales person was very friendly and took his time to explain exactly what we should expect. He showed us a video of why we were getting water in our basement and the process of installing a sump pump system. I cannot say this for the other sales people at other companies we interviewed. The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They did their job and cleaned up well. They showed us how it would work when they were done. We feel they did a good job at what was needed. We would hire them again if needed.

"The tech gave me a call and gave me a time and was on time and did the job with no problem. The only problem I had was that I had to pay him an extra $150.00. He told me up front and I was prepared but I thought CHW paid all except the $75.00 fee. That being said I am pleased to have hot water!!!"

"Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
