"Don't waste your time because that's all this company will do is WASTE YOUR TIME. I had an appt for 10/20 between 8-12pm. Never got a call, nor a visit. Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! "2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"
