About 10 days later, there was a definite problem with some of the caulking around the tub. Todd came out the same day I called and re-caulked the problem area. "The work exceeded my expectations. The roof needed to be replaced and one whole wall was rotted out. He replaced the roof, used pressure treated wood for the walls and support boards. He also used tyvek. The repairs were higher quality than the original install. He even fixed the stuck latch. I was impressed with the careful quality work! Would definitely hire again."

I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! "We had used KJS before for cleanup related to a sewer line backup and were happy with their work, so we had high expectations when we hired them a second time.  This time, we asked them to get rid of all of the dirt, rocks, and dust left behind after two separate contractors did extensive jackhammering in our basement, first to replace the sewer line, and then to install drainage under our basement slab.  KJS gave us an estimate via e-mail since they already were familiar with our basement.  We then scheduled them, and they arrived right on time.  They stayed for several hours and cleaned just about every surface in our basement, even wiping down all of our storage bins, boxes, and other belongings that had accumulated a thick layer of construction dust.  Our basement now looks and smells much better.  We hope we'll never need this type of service again, but if we do, Kim, Jaime, and Steve will be our first call.
