"I reached out to this company for a sump pump upgrade and a cracked wall repair. The technician who did my install was very polite and informative. "Worked with them to install french drain and sump in basement of home we recently purchased. There was an existing sump, but no french drain, and the location of the existing sump was inconvenient. Relocated sump to a corner where it was not in the way. Work was fast and efficient."

"The work was excellent, however what was described and what was done differed. The maximum was described as the most extensive repairs. The repair entailed minimal digging and just the sealing of the main drain. It just 3.5 feet below the ground. One shrub was removed. They did not dig to the foyndation since they felt they found the issue. They did not reduce the price and that disturbed me since it was discussed."

"So far we've had two rain storms and no water. The guys who dug out the french drain were friendly and professional. Joel, the sales rep. was easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with. Although I think they may have been a bit, maybe 10 percent more in cost than several other companies we looked at, we felt they were worth it. 2 days to finish the job and no water in the basement to date. Money well spent!
