"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldnâ t even work. "it went very well.... this was a straight forward project... install a sump pump in the crawl space, (I had already pulled the old one). When they showed up they were right on time and they were conscientious of my floors (they used disposable shoe covers), they added a "one-way" valve to the drain pipe and the sump pump in quick order, had all the parts they needed on the truck and were done within an hour. When I called to request the appointment the woman that answered was able to schedule me for the next day... The price was fair and the sump pump they installed was (according to Amazon) top notch! I'd hire them back in a second."
