Lou however was the only reasonable priced dog fence installer in my opinion. Lou was also knowledgeable about pets in general and especially the product. When comparing Dog Fence Rehab's services to other companies such as Pet Boundary, it was exactly the same. Installed and rechargeable dog collars etc., invisible fence, and lessons for your pets included. I just couldn't figure out why other companies such as Invisible Fence wanted to charge so much more?
