I live in southern WV and I called 11 different contractors for a friend that lives in Elkridge, MD. Joe @ A-J was the first and only person to answer the call. Ruth, the lady the service was provided for, recently lost her husband to brain cancer and she is a breast cancer survivor also. The only heat Ruth had was with a space heater.
