  Half of the work contracted was completed by Perfect Painters. There were a total of 6 different contractors who came to my home. One who went to get supplies and NEVER came back, two more came and had terrible attitudes after being an hour late, turned them away. The owners didn't believe me until I sent them the video camera footage, at which point he stated this wasn't the first incident with the guy. I decided to hire someone to finish the work (backsplash) and informed them I would pay the remaining balance AFTER I received a quote. They actually charged my bank card, the same bankcard they told me they didn't keep on file. I had to threaten to contact my bank and an attorney. The funds were released. I had someone else do the backsplash. It was less expensive, less stressful, and in a timely fashion. I did pay PP the remaining balance of the work completed. I would not use them again read less

They did an outstanding job on the painting, paying attention to details, like smoothing imperfections in the wall we we did not even notice. They were great at providing suggestions on paint colors when we asked their opinion. The kept the house neat and protected at all times, and cleaned up before they left for the day.
