I questioned the length of the vent that I was charged for, but didn’t belabor the point. I asked the technician to clean the dryer filter but was advised that they don’t provide that service. This was a little disappointing as other companies have done so in the past. The technician did however show me on his phone the tool to obtain and where to purchase it to clean the filter-which was most appreciated as I have already done this and it worked great! Overall , not a bad experience. "
