"I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."

"My house was filthy and needed cleaning plus it is stucco so I need someone that knows what they are doing. Mike Baker of J&M Power Washing was that person. I had got estimates that was twice what Mike charged me and he did a excellent job. My house look better than when it was new. Plus he did me a favor I needed my shutters taken down and he did that for a cheap price. So you what to know if I will use him again. The answer is yes he was the utmost professional."

"I called and set up and appt for the same week. Alex and his team arrived early and worked diligently with great attention to detail. They took their shoes off in the house. "Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"All this in a matter of a few shorts weeks, not months.
Then when everything was said and done and Deck Cetera had already been paid all of their money the front door was damaged and they came out in record time and repair it.
