I had got estimates that was twice what Mike charged me and he did a excellent job. My house look better than when it was new. "I called and set up and appt for the same week. Alex and his team arrived early and worked diligently with great attention to detail. They took their shoes off in the house. "I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. Additionally, she followed up with a nice drawing of our project and pricing options relative to different material . Overall this company has exceptioonal customer service, going above and beyond.  Unfortunately we decided to go with another company which provided a price more aligned with what we were planning to spend.

"Robert Coulter contacted me soon after I purchased the deal.  He came over to preview the job, and provided me with cost estimates for the additional work I wanted.  His crew was punctual, highly skilled, and professional.  Robert kept in touch to update me on the progress of the job.  He offered suggestions for enhancing my home, and he discouraged extraneous projects.  I needed this work done because I am putting the house on the market.  Robert and company did such a phenomenal job throughout the house that I almost wish I could move back in!  It has never looked better.  He left the property clean and clutter free.

"Adrian was great. The estimate was about $20,000 for the second story, composite deck we want which means that the project will be put off for a little while.
