They worked hard and did not leave until I was satisfied with their work. Glen willingly offered advice on yard maintenance and how to make improvements on my own without spending too much money. I highly recommend their services."

"Original concern was structural integrity. Came out promptly for an inspection. Noted only minor issues which could be addressed easily. Also suggested stair and rail restoration, which I agreed to since the 20 year old rail was no longer visually appealing, and the staircase was no longer level. Received a detailed estimate within a few days. Gave a deposit and got on their schedule. Less than 2 weeks later, a crew arrived early, as scheduled. They worked on the project for the entire day, nearly finished and left the site clean. Came back early the next morning for final detail and clean-up. My concerns about structural integrity have been addressed and the deck looks great. I am happy."

Santos and teammate arrived timely, were friendly and courteous, and worked efficiently around the house to complete this job. They performed quality work on all portions of this large project. "Mike introduced himself upon arrival & was very polite & respectful. He only took an hour to clean my 3 story home with dormers & very high pitch roof. . His equipment was very quiet! He just left and the difference in my house is night and day. I wish I had taken before & after pictures. It was covered in green & brown algae and looked horrible. Now the siding & doors are shiny & clean. Very reasonable price. Less than I paid someone else 2 hrs ago. I could not be happier & definitely will recommend J & M to all my friends and family."
