By late Sunday afternoon, I had one! The crew had to dig down about 10 feet to remove the broken line and then had to tunnel under my patio to get to the cast iron pipe in order to connect the new line. After the installation, the dirt was replaced, the area was seeded and covered with straw, and the sidewalks and parking lot were sprayed clean. "Tru Integrity, LLC lives up to their name. My basement flooded twice this year due to sump pump failures so my husband and I knew it was time to make some major changes. We interviewed 3 companies, even big name companies and Wendell (the owner) was the only one that explained things and did a thorough assessment of our property to figure out how to fix our sloping and minor foundation issues and within our budget. His team arrived on site on time and worked a full day until the job was completed. Our basement was left cleaner than they found it. We added another sump pump due to the size of our basement and that drain well looks better than our original. This will allow any water that maybe overworking the main pump to be redirected and pumped out on the opposite side of the house. I'm happy with the look and everything is so quiet now."

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install.
