"Tru Integrity, LLC lives up to their name. My basement flooded twice this year due to sump pump failures so my husband and I knew it was time to make some major changes. We interviewed 3 companies, even big name companies and Wendell (the owner) was the only one that explained things and did a thorough assessment of our property to figure out how to fix our sloping and minor foundation issues and within our budget. His team arrived on site on time and worked a full day until the job was completed. Our basement was left cleaner than they found it. We added another sump pump due to the size of our basement and that drain well looks better than our original. This will allow any water that maybe overworking the main pump to be redirected and pumped out on the opposite side of the house. I'm happy with the look and everything is so quiet now."

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. In addition to these fine qualities, John was gracious, considerate and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a top-of-the-line French drain in my basement, which included features not offered by many of his competitors. It was done in 3 days, to the exact specs he kindly sketched out in response to my questions. When a glitch arose with the backup pump, his employee returned to do a quick fix the same day. "Excellent job all around. The work was done in late March, 2019, but I waited to post this review until after a heavy rainstorm. The storm of July 8, 2019 (>4"/hr) would normally have caused water to seep up through the concrete floor. After the storm, there was not even a drop. The sump was dry. The job was messy: jackhammers and lots of dust. They left it clean. One cannot even see where they cut the lawn to get the pipe to the curb. My only critique is that the new concrete poured to replace the broken floor should have been completely leveled. From initial estimate to installation, excellent work."
