"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"I called DiFatta Masonry contractors and Sal (the owner) came out the very next day. He was very thorough and explained that the stucco failure was caused by improper drainage around the basement steps. He explained exactly how it would be fixed and what needed to done to correct the drainage problem. His crew showed on time on the scheduled date, did an excellent job and were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the price, attention to detail and quality of workmanship. "I contacted Mark to get an estimate on replacing some stones that had fallen off the front of our porch. It has been a problem for several years. The previous owners were supposed to fix it prior to settlement, but they stuck the loose stones back up with caulk (big mess). We left it a few years because we dreaded the cost to fix it. After more stones had fallen off, it was time to get it repaired. They came out during the day and Mark emailed me an estimate. I was satisfied with the estimate and they came out on Friday, February 22 to take off the loose stones. When I got home from work, the stucco layer had gone up (previously there was not an under layer like this), and the loose stones had been removed. He was honest and said he wasn't sure if they could remove all of the caulk, but whoever came on Friday was able to do that. Mark came out on Monday to put the stones back up. There had been some spots where there were no stones previously due to settling of the house. He brought extra stones along to fill in the gaps. It looks amazing and we could not be happier with the whole process. I am definitely recommending him to any of my other neighbors who have the same problems. "

"The stucco siding of my home was collapsing as it definitely was not done correctly. Some huge sections basically fell right off leaving some very soft mortar exposed to the elements, so I had to act fast. The team was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, even coming out on a Sunday to take a look at the work needed and generate an estimate. Once I agreed on the price they were able to come out within 2-3 days to remove all the old stucco, and redo it all correctly. It's been about a week since they finished and the results look good, and feel very solid. Overall I would work with them again."
