After surveying the job, he told me it was a flat rate for the job and he went to work. He got the drain all cleared out and left the area cleaner than he found it. I know that the job was straightforward, but Patrick set himself apart from others we've hired with his courtesy and professionalism. We would definitely hire him again for plumbing work."

"Once Mr. Wilkerson arrived, I told him the problem I was having with my sink. He then started performing the work to unclog my drain. It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. It has been a week since he performed the work on my sink and I have not had any problems so far."

"We got them from Angie’s List. He came at the agreed time. He explained on what could be done and left us a brochure about it. He no longer had the color we preferred but that couldn’t be helped. He had thought that he might be able to align the bathtub with the same stuff. It turned out that he did not have the right mould for that. Our bathtub was smaller than what he thought it was going to be. He measured very carefully and told us. Then when the man came to actually install it, he was very efficient and explained it all. He did a nice job and he cleaned up everything. We were very happy with him. We thought the price was reasonable but we have nothing to compare it with."

"Owner made sales evaluation and provided contract particulars in a very reasonable time. Technician was very competent. Overall look of bathrooms is superior.
However, promised and expected job to take two days and it wound up taking 6 days scattered over three weeks.  Owner was out of town and unavailable when custom paint color did not match, necessitating a purchase of a new toilet, installation, etc. Administration of work was not satisfactory. Home owner had to rearrange schedule to get job finished.

"My old kitchen faucet finally died...I purchased a new one and quickly realized I was way outta my depth! Called C&C and spoke with Marinela..I could immediately tell she cared about my problem. Not only did she suggest my old faucet might still be under warranty, she looked at a pic I sent, made a determination of it's manufacturer, and even reached out to them on my behalf! it's the small gestures that make the difference sometimes. unfortunately it wasn't covered which is why I ended up purchasing a new one. Enter Chris, the man of the hour...literally! he showed up promptly 2 days later to install this new stainless steel monstrosity, within 60 minutes he had it installed despite it's hard to reach location. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and even pointed out a few things about my plumbing not one but TWO home inspectors missed. "We hired KBR Bethesda to completely do-over our guest bathroom and make updates to our master bath. We were very happy with the process of working with KBR from Sim’s initial visit to our home through completion of the work and thrilled with the results. In the guest bath, KBR removed the 27 year-old soffit fluorescent lighting; installed new vanity lighting; an additional outlet, replaced the vanities, vanity counter, tub and floor tile, tub, toilet. The vanities , counters and tiles they have to choose from are high quality and offer a good range of choices. In the master, they replaced the same soffit lighting; replaced the vanities and counter; installed new outlets (including one inside the tower cabinet between the two sinks); removed a medicine cabinet and repaired the wall. They replaced all the plumbing fixtures, vent fans in both baths and painted both rooms. Douglas and Carlos, our two primary workers, arrived early each morning and worked tirelessly all day, cleaning up at the end of each day. They made sure to consult with us on discretionary things, such as the placement of grab and towel bars. We cannot recommend KBR highly enough. Their price was fair and the quality of their work excellent."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
