"We were in need of a whole new backyard for our row house in DC, and Xtracare delivered. They were one of only two of the city approved RiverSmart contractors who even got back to me, and they were the only one who could do all of the work -- pavers, new fence and deck. They walked us through the whole process, including connecting us with a very reasonably priced architect for the deck drawings, and taking care of the paperwork with the city for our RiverSmart home rebate. The work performed is of high quality and I'm really pleased with my new backyard. I was really worried in April that they would disappear in the middle of the COVID quarantine, but they did not. Only weirdness was that the assigned project manager, who had been pretty good about communicating up until that point, just disappeared and I had to call Xtracare to find out I had a new project manager assigned. The new manager picked up without a hitch and my project was completed as promised. They seem to have a good network of experts to call upon, and I was really impressed by the knowledge and expertise of our project manager, Cleber. Overall, I highly recommend!"

"They worked all day and Gordon was here the entire time. I am a mortgage person(34 years) and am often asked for recommendations of people to do various services. I only recommend people I know do excellent work, are honest and show up on time. Gordon and his crew meet all that criteria. This is a rarity in my experience. He also did a few extras because he is that type of person. If I could give him 10 stars I would."

"This is a second time I hired Lazaro because he did a superb job on pavement. This time, a bit hesitating to call him because it's landscaping work rather than hardscaping. However they did a great job removing weeds, adding top soil and planting sod and bushes with mulch on front yard. On side yard, they removed weeds, added top soil and planted seeds. I like his prompt response, reliability and commitment. They have a solid work habit. Strongly recommend."
