Our lot is difficult to manage as it slopes towards the back of the house. Their design ideas are excellent and we worked together to plan this well and select materials. They also did an amazing job to control water runoff with a roof drainage system and yard regrading. The office communicates well. The crew was here on time every day and did an amazing job and finished the project on-time and within the budget. A project manager was assigned to us and was very responsive. "We hired Diversified Contractors to install a new patio, walkway and retaining wall at our home during the summer of 2017. The job consisted of removing an existing concrete patio and then installing a new patio and a 60-foot walkway using Westchester pavers. In addition, a 25-foot retaining wall incorporating a new PVC drainage system was installed under an existing deck. The job required a significant amount of landscaping and regrading of our backyard. Diversified Contractors completed the work on schedule and the men who performed the installation were courteous, professional and excellent craftsmen. The manager/owner came by each day to review the progress of the work. He was always accessible to address our questions. We are extremely pleased with the service and could not have asked for a better contractor to perform the work. "While the work went well initially, the end of the job (when foreman was not present) did not go well and wall had to be fixed twice - because the first repair was sloppy and created additional damage. Work was completed a little over 3 years ago and wall is again cracking. If using this provider I recommend the homeowner be present for duration of job to ensure proper attention to detail and understand if there is an problem your correspondence may not promptly be addressed."
