"BEST RENOVATION COMPANY EVER!! Jose, Leo and the crew at J.A.K.E. Prestige Renovations have been absolutely incredible to work with. Very professional, detailed and high quality work. Communication was always timely and progress stayed on point. They turned our unfinished basement into everything we imagined it could be. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. I’m so glad we connected with J.A.K.E. Prestige Renovations."

"Very satisfied with our basement remodel. They were extremely responsive to any and all concerns."

"Francisco, Honika and the HomeBreakthorugh team always do a wonderful job in coming up with ideas and designs that we wouldn't think of, and which often will save us money. They are also very responsive to requests, questions, and concerns. We are very happy with our basement. Home Breakthrough has also done a bathroom and a kitchen reno for us as well. Very good work, and reasonably priced."

"Top Remodeling's basement renovation was a game-changer for us. The extra living space is now our family's favorite spot. Great workmanship and attention to detail."

"Excellent. Diaz's renovation crew are talented and skilled people, with attention to detail. I have never been disappointed with his work. The work was done quickly and beautifully. I always go back to Diaz Painting and Renovation group because they are reliable, hard working, and talented. I cannot praise them enough. I have used them for so many projects: shed, gazebo, basement remodeling, exterior painting, etc."

"The work (basement finishing and electrical upgrade) was excellent. The bid was appropriate and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed. We appreciate the professionalism of the project manager and crew and are delighted with the results."

"This our second time hiring Allen for a remodel project. He did our kitchen in 2024 and it turned out great. This time it was two bathrooms which were completely remodeled. Allen is great to work with. I am always impressed with Allen's clear communication about what the project will involve and his ability to balance the needs of the homeowner with the needs of the project while the work is going on. This is especially important for my spouse and me since we both work from home. Not once did we ever feel like a burden while the work was going on. At the end of each day, the work areas are organized and neatened up so our home was still completely functional on evenings and weekends. I also appreciate how Allen manages all parts of the project. He deals with all the individual vendors and oversees all aspects of the work to ensure quality for the customer. This makes a complex renovation project much easier to cope with and why Allen is always our go to guy for home projects."

"The consultation received was excellent! Michael Wiggs of City Renovations & Remodeling did an excellent job of educating me on basement design, specifically how to maximize space! City Renovations also provided appropriate conceptional design layout based upon my input within 24 hours. Michael Wiggs definitely knows his craft!"

"Melvin and his crew are outstanding! I was amazed by his skills, professionalism, honesty and care. I reached out to him desperately on a Sunday, after the first person I hired did not come with the proper equipment to paint the interior of my home. Melvin came out to do the job THE SAME DAY. I gave him more to do when I realized he had a broader skill set. He wrapped up the entire project: painting, lighting, cabinetry AND custom shelves in two days. I will definitely hire him again as I map out other home improvements projects I’ve got left to do."
