Working with you was a great experience--and so satisfying that I want to acknowledge it in writing. From start to finish virtually everything went smoothly. When soliciting an estimate, the Wow estimator arrived on time—as did Wow painters every single day of work. Wow’s estimate was reasonable—falling in the middle of four estimates that we solicited from other highly-rated companies. The Wow estimator also made excellent suggestions on the choice of paint color and type. When work started, I watched how the company’s painters prepped walls and baseboards. I saw how carefully they removed wallpaper to avoid damage to walls before priming. Throughout the five days of painting, they paid attention to detail—while being polite and courteous. When my wife and I made suggestions during work, the painters listened to us and positively responded. On completion of the job, they cleaned the work site to our satisfaction.
