"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! "Our electric clothes dryer blew a thermal fuse because it got too hot. Fixed that but suspected a dryer duct blockage caused the high temperature. Found Chimney Masters through Angi. Requested quote. Good communication and scheduling process. Not cheap but reasonable price for the work done clearing out a 28 ft dryer vent that exists above the second story. Reasonable enough to do on their recommended every other year schedule. The cleaning made a mess outside but they cleaned everything up. They even reattached the dryer with a new flex duct. Would hire again."
