I was uncertain regarding the types of plants and their placement. Once we agreed on the the plan for my small gardens, it was implemented in one day. Some adjustments had to be made after the work was done, and Kraig swiftly saw to it that the issues were rectified. I found him easy to work with and would recommend him and his team."

"We hired MD Legacy to install a paver stone pad behind our shed, for our waste bins to sit on, and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. During the planning stage, Eric was always easy to reach by phone and text, and he was happy to accommodate all of our design choices. On the project day, his dad Reggie and a small crew installed the pavers to perfection. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They spread grass seed not only on the areas they disturbed, but on many other bare spots around our lawn, without my even asking. And they cleaned up the jobsite completely, leaving no trace of dirt or gravel. The resulting paver pad is absolutely stunning, and made from excellent quality materials. I look forward to calling Eric again in the spring to address our other landscaping issues!"

"Called for an estimate and the company came out and provided a free estimate for the spot I was looking to install a patio. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. I've gotten several compliments already. I would highly recommend company."

"Quality work and smooth project start to finish - This was one of the easiest and best contractor experiences we’ve had and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. Jim came out to give us an estimate on about 80 feet of privacy fence between our property and our neighbor’s, showed us our options and pricing and was totally knowledgeable and low pressure. We had another estimate scheduled but we were so impressed with the initial consult and the photos of their work that we just went ahead with them and we were glad we did. On the job day, Steve came out and personally looked over the site and answered all our questions and the fence was put in without a hitch. All the workers were courteous and everything was left clean and tidy. The fence looks better than I ever imagined a privacy fence could look and I feel like it really adds to the property. "Blue Crab Home Solutions did an excellent job of replacing our concrete porch, steps, and railings. Zachary and Nick managed the project in a professional and courteous way. The work crews did an impressive job of demolishing and rebuilding the concrete steps and slab, fixing the mortar in the cinder block walls, building a temporary structure to hold the roof up during construction, recoating the exterior porch walls, and installing new soffit, columns and railings. The transformation is amazing. Additionally, Zachary, Nick, and all of the workmen were clean cut, polite, honest, and hard working, with good manners. I found them easy to work with. "They did a nice job. Their sub-contractor did leave personal trash at our house and our dog got into it. She helped herself to half eaten pizza. I let Homelife know there was a problem immediately, and it was rectified quickly. Additionally, I wasn’t happy with how our footers for our deck were handled. I felt like a board could have been placed over the open holes for homeowner safety. My small dog fell in but luckily was not hurt. The holes were open for 2 nights with nothing covering them, and it just would have been nice if they had been covered during the time they were not working. I was told it was because they were being inspected the next day, but still, someone could have uncovered them prior to the inspection. I just felt that it was unsafe to do that. If I had a small child that wandered into the yard, it could have been devastating. It’s just a suggestion I would make, and for that and the trash issue, I can’t give them 5 stars. There were also a few times that I emailed and did not get a response. There is one corner that the top board on the rail is cut incorrectly, but I have been assured that it will be corrected. Other than that the deck is beautiful."
