"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"I am very satisfied with the roofers who installed new shingles on the roof. Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. The roofers are friendly and Ned is very patient with me when I asked him many questions. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house. On the same day, the roofers came and adjusted the gutter level. Hope it is fixed. Will need to wait until it rains again and see if it is fixed. I would recommend this business."

"I cannot praise Precision Remodeling enough after my experience with them. The communication was top notch. They kept me informed every single step of the way. Their estimate was right in line with the best estimates I had received and they went above and beyond in their efforts. I had a deck and fence that were damaged when a neighbor's tree came down on my property. Dave and Jeremy worked with me to go over options and I settled on repairing the mild damage to the fence and replacing the entire deck with a new wood deck. The deck is quite large (30' x 15') and yet the team managed to complete the entire job start to finish in approximately 10 days. This included custom grab rails and custom post tops that look excellent (I will upload pictures at a later time).
The team showed up every day and worked without any hindrance to us whatsoever. They were timely, clean and did fantastic work. The quality of their work is absolutely top notch and they had very careful attention to detail. Even little things stand out about working with this company. During the deck repair, an outdoor electrical outlet that I had attached to the previous deck stopped working. Dave had electrical workers he works with come out and repair that for me during final inspection without charge. Little niceties like that and standing by their work are what will have me going back to them time and time again.
We have already received estimates from them for other future home improvement enhancements within our home and I look forward to giving them more business in the future. I highly recommend them.

In just a few hours, he installed a new garbage disposal, adjusted my closet doors that were not properly closing, mounted shelves and a new curtain rod, and fixed my toilet that needed a new flush kit, and sealed various areas around my second bathroom with caulk. He worked efficiently and with an incredible amount of attention to detail. I didn’t even have to clean up a thing! He was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process.
