"I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. Professional service done very promptly at a fair price. I was extremely satisfied!"

I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. "Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking .  While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced.  They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel.  Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet.  They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.
