No problems for almost a decade. After a recent weekend downpour we had water along one of the basement western storm-facing walls. We called and opened a service ticket with Gary. They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. "We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"

He patiently and methodically examined all the potential sources of water entry while keeping suggested repairs to a minimum. He discovered that the cause was a back yard drainage problem together with a failing internal foundation drainage system and drew up a price quote with detailed diagrams for a plan to remedy the situation. The crew started immediately, keeping within the scope of work and cost outlined in the price quote. They installed a back yard drainage system to control storm water and replaced the blocked portion of the foundation drainage system. They were very professional and quickly but carefully completed the work, leaving the site spotless. Since then the basement has remained dry during numerous heavy rain falls, even during the rapid snow melt with rain that occurred this past January. I would definitely recommend Archer Contractors for any yard drainage or basement waterproofing issues. Not only was the work done properly, but Dan was careful to suggest only necessary repairs to keep the cost to a minimum."

Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. "I had underground water coming into my basement from an unknown source. The men dug a trench along the back wall and put in a French drain that went to a sump pump that they installed. They cleaned all of the work area and dried all of the water on the floor. My home was well protected from all work generated dirt and refuse. I am very impressed and I give them my highest recommendation. I would definitely hire this company again. The sales rep was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done leaving no questions unanswered."

"Outdoor Advantage performed landscaping work at my residence on May 5, 2020. The “landscape artists” did an outstanding job. The work consisted of removing bushes and shrubs from four separate areas in the front, back, and side of the home. In the front they redefined the flower bed and planted several different types of shrubs and plants. They also added mulch to finish up the flower bed. In the back and sides, they replaced the flower beds with sod. They also provided a walkway using flat stones. The landscape was performed on time and very professionally. The men used the extra sod to cleanup some problem areas around the base of my sunroom. The really nice surprise was how they neatly trimmed the sod to fit around the irregular stones that made up the walkway. They also used some sod to clean up uneven areas around some popup drains at the back end of the yard. After the work was complete all work was cleaned up and it was if they had never been there. It was a joy working with this company. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the fall for additional work."
