Very nice & professional. He even put shoe covers before entering my home. It turns out the cap was clogged and he did at no-charge since it was nothing wrong with the pipes. I will definitely use Sam again for any future projects.

The technician was professional, explained the issue, and took care of the clog efficiently without making a mess.
