Rudy and crew worked very hard to get our new Trilliant propane insert installed. Tiffany did a wonderful job of getting the new fireplace set-up for use. "WONDERFUL! Jimmy and his fellow technician did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent. I was appalled at how much lint was removed! They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the area just like new. I was so impressed I asked for an estimate to replace panels in my fireplace while Jimmy was here. "I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding job that your technician, Mercado Domingo did on my gas fireplace. I have had an ongoing problem with soot buildup on the interior of the firebox and glass window. I have had 3 other companies service the fireplace with no success as the soot would start building up right away. Mercado diagnosed the problem, cleared a restriction in the chimney and cleaned the entire unit. He went above and beyond what the other technicians did. I now enjoy a beautiful clean fireplace after 10 years of soot."
