"We had work done from them several years ago and we noticed water damage in our fireplace. They came out and honored the warranty with no issues or gotchas. They made it right and fixed all the issues including repairing the water damaged fireplace insert. Stefan was a pleasure to work with and explained everything. "WONDERFUL! Jimmy and his fellow technician did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent. I was appalled at how much lint was removed! They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the area just like new. I was so impressed I asked for an estimate to replace panels in my fireplace while Jimmy was here. I'll be using Finest Chimney Sweep again in the near future! Well done!"

"I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding job that your technician, Mercado Domingo did on my gas fireplace. I have had an ongoing problem with soot buildup on the interior of the firebox and glass window. I have had 3 other companies service the fireplace with no success as the soot would start building up right away. Mercado diagnosed the problem, cleared a restriction in the chimney and cleaned the entire unit. He went above and beyond what the other technicians did. I now enjoy a beautiful clean fireplace after 10 years of soot."
