"After 6 months of usage, our clothes washer needed to be releveled to eliminate banging in the spin cycle. Bill arrived within 2 hours of my posting my request on Angi and took less than a half hour to totally fix my problem. On his way out the door, I casually asked him about an electrical issue I was having with my stove hood and he quickly identified the issue there also and, with my app, ordered a bulb receptacle and scheduled to return next week to repair my second and different kind of problem. I found Bill to be very personable, knowledgeable, and effectice, and who showed up and started solving my problems."
