"Marvin and his team are excellent. They were prompt and rather than replacing a faucet, ended up fixing it for a saving of over $150! Also, the faucet they fixed was one where multiple plumbers said they could not fix and therefore needed to be replaced. One evens said they needed to break a wall! The original faucet is very expensive, so the $150 replacement was for a cheap Home Depot version. So yes, I would recommend them because of their skill and ability to get the job done. Also, very polite."

"We would like to say thank you to KBA Kitchen & Bath Design & Build for a great job remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories. Anna and Ervin both made after hour visits to provide their insight on color schemes and where bathroom accessories should be installed and look best. The lead project manager, Ervin, was always there to answer our questions, and he went out of his way to always ensure we were happy customers! Ervin also visited on many occasions to give us updates on project progress and keeping his crew updated on any changes. The installation team always showed up on time, left the work area clean, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. "Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. "I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. "After I terminated the lease of my tenant in early 2023, I decided to do the whole house remodel before selling it because of the age of the house and TLC it needed. The original contractor I hired ended up going to jail for child abuse charges and I had to find another contractor to finish the job. I got a number of quotes and decided to go with Donna from AND Contractors, LLC. It is very difficult to come into a project that somebody else started and the quotes reflected that but Donna’s estimate was fair and I felt comfortable in my interactions with Donna. Don't let the fact that a woman runs the business fool you - she is a real tough but fair boss. She was on the job site every day! She treats her people right but also lets them know when they mess up and they respect her for it. There were many things that were not visible but needed to be redone where the original contractor messed up but it was important to Donna that the corrections be made. I am sure there must be limits but all of these corrections were accommodated without change orders. The project was completed on time and within budget. Oh, did I mention Donna is also a real estate agent? When the project was completed, she listed the house at the highest price in the history of the neighborhood. I was hoping but not expecting it so it was a pleasant surprise when she brought me a full price contract within a few days! I HIGHLY recommend AND contractors, LLC and Donna! If you want your project done right, on time and within budget, you owe it to yourself to at least have her look at your project!"
