"Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. "We have used S&J Painting and Remodeling many times over the past 5 years, most recently (spring 2025) for handyman services. S&J provide services for a full day, so we typically accumulate a few projects. Our most recent project included replacing two faucets, fixing a very loose banister, repairing a hole in the drywall, as well as a few basic jobs, hanging pictures and installing bathroom fixtures. I expected to paint after the drywall and banister were repaired, but they took care of it for me. When replacing one of the faucets they found the supply lines were old and rusty. They went to Home Depot, purchased new supply lines and installed them at no extra cost. While there they picked up some brackets to secure some other loose pipes they happened to see while in the utility room. We really appreciate the extra attention to detail and doing more than we even realized needed done. We are already accumulating new projects. Scheduling and workday communication is excellent."
