"They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."

We had a three-week vacation planned and trusted American Kitchen Concepts to continue with the project without our daily presence. Dan kept us informed of progress and when we returned our kitchen remodel was finished. Dan conducted a quality control visit and took care of any remaining issues. I highly recommend American Kitchen Concepts. They are honest, knowledgeable and stand by their products and workmanship."
