"I am very fussy and frequently critical, yet I have only the best things to say about Unicorp window replacement. The owner came to my home - on time - to explain all the options and costs for replacing my windows. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, but more like a discussion of what was best for my home. Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. It has been a pleasure to find a local company that has an excellent product, is honest, and reasonably priced."

"We had them clean the inside/outside/screens and sills, it was night and day how much better we could see afterwards. I didn't realize how dirty all of our windows were. The used just water on the windows too, I was shocked that no streaks were present afterwards. "Wow! From start to finish, A Clear View was fantastic to work with. We never had to have our windows cleaned before and so I went into the process not knowing much. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "It went very well considering the weather did not cooperate. Pete's crew came promptly at the time scheduled to do the power washing and clean the gutters even though we were experiencing light rain showers. They did an excellent job. They even power washed the mailbox post even though it was not part of the work requested. Because it was raining and the deck needed to dry before applying stain, the windows and stain application were scheduled for 3 days later. Again, Pete and a crew showed up that Saturday at 8am and worked until 6pm. He also used a moisture meter to make sure deck was dry enough to stain (there had been a brief light shower the day before). We have a very large deck, so they were not able to complete everything. Pete returned the following Tuesday to finish staining, repair the lattice and water proof the wood along the walkway. There was a small section of grass that somehow had been damaged when the crew was applying the stain. Pete went home where he happened to have some sod and brought enough to repair and cover this section of the lawn. Through the entire process, he was very proactive with phone calls and emails and responsive to all questions and inquiries regarding the work. His crew was polite and worked hard. I very pleased with the results."
