"The technician that came out was great! He wasted know time fixing things. He did a great job and even mounted my TV for me. The problem I had was the harassing e-mails and calls after they completed the job asking for money for parts they bought (that I did not authorize them to buy). The receptionist was very rude and ultimatly sent an email saying "Since your obviously not going to pay, we will take it up as a loss, as we know you probably owe everyone anyway." Like seriously lady how rude. They need to do better about clarifying additional costs. If I have already paid you 400 plus dollars everything should be included and I don't need to be talked down too."

"We are repeat consumers with this company — they are great. They worked with us on the schedule and, critically, they send very competent handyman. I had a tricky project — create a removable hatch door to reveal the ceiling-mounted heat pump in an upstairs closet. How to do this so that it was sturdy but not too expensive was the trick. I trust these guys and told them what I wanted and let the handyman create the solution. And it worked great. Always take these guys’ advice! They know what they are doing. I redemmed one of these 4 hours for $399 deals and the guy worked quickly and there was time for another odd jab (caulking in the shower). I think for four hours of work, with all the supplies and tools, the price was reasonable and the work was well done. I can do small jobs myself but when I need greater expertise, it’s money well-spent to use these guys. Their works on prior jobs have stood the test of time."

"Small mix up in scheduled time of arrival . Brian was very courteous and friendly . Kitchen install was very difficult due to rusted pipes and calcified washers. Even faced with tight spaces and very difficult rust, Brian persevered with out cursing or quitting . Thus showing great professionalism . The up stairs bath was similar in install , but all work was done in a timely manner which was a concern of the installer. He would explain that due to faulty original installation ( which he showed me first) why the job would take the time estimated before he began. Nice touch."
