"Mahdy was great. He was on time. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I was concerned about my TV once he’d left my home. He talked me through the issue and offered to come back if I was still unsatisfied. I’d definitely hire him again and recommend to family and friends."

"The technician that came out was great! He wasted know time fixing things. He did a great job and even mounted my TV for me. The problem I had was the harassing e-mails and calls after they completed the job asking for money for parts they bought (that I did not authorize them to buy). The receptionist was very rude and ultimatly sent an email saying "Since your obviously not going to pay, we will take it up as a loss, as we know you probably owe everyone anyway." Like seriously lady how rude. They need to do better about clarifying additional costs. If I have already paid you 400 plus dollars everything should be included and I don't need to be talked down too."

"I had yellow jackets entering the house through a gap between the outdoor spigot and the wall. Forty five minutes after I called, Arturo was at my house completing the repair. And it was already five o'clock. The hole for the pipe was so wide he could not drill straight back to attach it so he cleverly used anchors, drilled at an angle into concrete and caulked everything up beautifully. Artur, thank you. You have my highest recommendation"

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can mount a TV on plaster walls—as long as you attach it to the studs. Alternatively, you can use toggle bolts, molly bolts, or another type of hardware that’s strong enough to support a TV.

If you aren’t comfortable with this type of project, you can hire a pro. The cost of mounting a TV to a plaster wall ranges from $25 to $600 (or more), depending on the TV’s weight, size, and other factors.

Pro expertise allows optimal angling and cable management, improving room aesthetics.

There are a few easy ways to locate a wall stud without a stud finder. First, try knocking on the wall with your knuckles. Most parts of the wall will sound hollow, but when you tap over a stud, it will sound more solid. Alternatively, since studs are spaced 16 or 24 inches apart, you can measure those distances from a corner of the room, which will always have a stud.

Determining if mounting a TV on the wall or mounting it on a stand is better boils down to personal preference. TV mounts are an excellent choice for homes that have limited space, unruly dogs, or young children. They also allow you to customize the height and viewing angle more easily. At the same time, mounting a TV on an entertainment center stand offers additional storage space, a place to hide the wires, and fewer holes in the wall. Renters may also have limitations on drilling holes into the wall above certain diameters.

Yes, many services include wall mounting for TVs or projectors. Confirm with your installer.
