My roofs were not leaking but were aged. Notwithstanding the coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19), I scheduled three different roof service companies, from HomeAdvisor, for my roofing needs. I had hoped they - as the roof professionals - would tell me (1) what I did not know or could not see as problem areas of my roofs, (2) what roof problems, if any, need to be addressed, and (3) the cost for them to do the work.
