"We hired Bill to repair drywall after a ceiling leak, to replace a ceiling fan, and to install a new light fixture. After stopping by the house, Bill provided a timely and accurate quote. He communicated effectively via text about when the work would begin, his hours, etc. Bill went out of his way to match very old paint samples so that we didn't need to repaint the whole room. When they first arrived, they spent about 30 minutes taping brown paper on the floor and installing plastic on the steps from the front door to the two work areas located on separate floors. When they were finished, they removed all the paper and plastic and vacuumed. Also, they arrived a little early both days and waited by their vehicle until 8 a.m. Best service we’ve received in a while."
