"Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain."

"Had originally called a well known drain cleaning co, they responded immediately but their quote was egregious. Sterling quote was 1/2 the original . It was fair and reasonable. Having a Federal Hill rental property with tenants puts added pressure when drains get clogged. In addition Sterling handled it while I was out of town. I Would highly recommend this company - DAVE"

"I called Star Plumbing on a Tuesday to fix a clogged drain in my kitchen sink and bathroom shower. They gave me an appointment for later that same day. They were professional and knowledgeable.
