"E Stanley paving did a great job. Their representative Joe was friendly and professional and able to answer all our questions. They started the job within a few days of the initial visit. It entailed a lot more work than I thought. They had to bust up three sections of the driveway in order to make it level and get a proper base and had to raise a drain in the driveway. Due to many issues with the county grinder in our front yard that the county has had to excavate our driveway had sunk down 3 inches. They created a smooth surface level to the sidewalk and did a nice job on the edges. We couldn't be more thrilled."

After contacting many companies with desperation-- either many companies were not available or very expensive , IBC came and rescued me. Mr. Rigo was very professional and precise. He and his crew worked so hard during beginning of the cold winter and I could not be happier. On top of that, the price made my Jaw dropped- the very first quotes was three times more expensive than their quote. However I could see how they worked so efficiently and how reduced the cost. Mr. Rigo was the owner and the estimator and was doing billing and was doing all the labor together. I have to say the work was very solid because he did everything and he took the responsibility. I strongly recommend their service to anybody. I already refer my friend to this company. Only thing is Mr.Rigo is too busy and could not answer the phone. Just leave message to the phone and he will call back days after when he has time. It is worth to wait for their schedule."

"I signed up for an Angie's List special offer for "fall leaf removal." After paying the special offer price, the company informed me that leaf "removal" did not include removing the leaves from my property, but only included blowing leaves to the curb. I would have to pay an extra fee for them to take the leaves away. This was an unpleasant surprise, but they seemed sorry for the confusion and I agreed to pay the extra fee for the actual removal of the leaves. The men who came did a fine job of cleaning up the leaves. They gave me instructions for paying the extra fee through their online bill pay service, which I did as soon as they finished the job. This is where the real headaches with this company began. For the next several months, they kept contacting me and insisting I had not paid them. I had a credit card statement showing they had been paid, but they kept harassing me with emails claiming I owed them the amount I had already paid. It was exasperating. I was very satisfied with the actual job they performed, but extremely frustrated with their lack of professionalism when it came to their bookkeeping and communications. After several months they finally did apologize for their confusion. Overall, it was a bad experience, so I would not use them again."

"3 men showed up on a very hot day and worked non-stop for two days. They checked for level ness of walkway area before laying pavers. They were friendly and only took a break for lunch, which I bought them the second day as they had not brought their own. The owner, Mr Abel Rivas, stopped by the second day before pavers were laid to ensure they were the correct ones and in the pattern I had selected. He had also stayed in touch with me before the project began to help me select pavers and color. And he came by with samples beforehand to ensure they were the ones I wanted. After the pavers were laid, I noticed that the seam at the porch steps and the pavers was open. I asked Mr Rivas to return to caulk or otherwise fill this area. Which he did, altho it took two tries before he returned. He also power washed the rear concrete stoop steps at no additional charge. I am happy with the new walkway which has improved the curb appeal of my house. It has rained several times since installation and the walkway appears to be secure and draining properly.

"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."
