"Recently we contracted the “XTRA CARE LANDSCAPING & DESIGN INC” for repair/replacing of our old driveway. The work was done in the best possible way from the very beginning to the end . We had a great help from the company in designing the project for the reasonable price ( it was better than in other companies , we consulted with before). Mr. Cleber Rodrigues, the president of the Company, proposed the project and supervised the work until the finish of the construction. The technical drawing for obtaining the permit was provided promptly and Mari was very helpful in coordination with project manager CJ. All corrections were done, and it was great communication between CJ and the Field Inspector from Permit Department. The work started on time as it was scheduled. The crews: Marcos and his team, were very nice, professional and responsive, going along with all our requests, even if it wasn't included in the initial plan. They started working every day at 8am and worked the full day with minimal disturbances for us, thoughtfully thinking about our convenience (we are working from home these days). Every day they cleaned the surrounding territory, covering the materials, when the rain was expected, and thoroughly cleaned everything when the project was finished. The communications with the office and with project manager was extremely easy and effective. Mari and CJ were promptly responded to e-mails and phone calls. We are very satisfied by the quality of work, service, and friendly atmosphere we felt during the entire period of the project. We received really "XtraCare" from the company. The only inconvenience, we can think about, is that all passerby people are asking us now "who built this awesome driveway?" We are certainly recommending the XTRA CARE LANDSCAPING & DESIGN INC !"

"Service came and did a good job with the aeration"

"3 men showed up on a very hot day and worked non-stop for two days. They checked for level ness of walkway area before laying pavers. They were friendly and only took a break for lunch, which I bought them the second day as they had not brought their own. The owner, Mr Abel Rivas, stopped by the second day before pavers were laid to ensure they were the correct ones and in the pattern I had selected. He had also stayed in touch with me before the project began to help me select pavers and color. And he came by with samples beforehand to ensure they were the ones I wanted. After the pavers were laid, I noticed that the seam at the porch steps and the pavers was open. I asked Mr Rivas to return to caulk or otherwise fill this area. Which he did, altho it took two tries before he returned. He also power washed the rear concrete stoop steps at no additional charge. I am happy with the new walkway which has improved the curb appeal of my house. It has rained several times since installation and the walkway appears to be secure and draining properly.

"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

They came out, fixed ALL the cracks and were able to give our driveway a DOUBLE coat of sealant-it needed it! Super nice and great communication.
