"Home security has never been my favourite topics, at first a bit confusing there's network apps, motion sensors and connected door alarms all of which seem to work flawlessly together. We called two places ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven and New Security INC. Bill Wood from ADT Authorized Dealer approached us in August 2019 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.

"My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"Recently moved into a large new home in Rosement neighborhood in Alexandria. The property had a huge number of exterior and interior doors, all with different locks.  Previous owner's had a dozen different keys for different locks.  Our goal was to change all the locks to new keys for security and have all  exterior locks on one key.
 
Given the sheer size of the place, and the high number of doors, we knew it would be a big job. Baldinos was recommended by our Real  Estate agent as a quality locksmith with a good reputation in Old Town area.  Called on a Thursday and got a time window the next day - 10am to 2 pm.
Brad called about 11:30 and said he'd be at our house at noon, which he was. 
Brad was polite and professional.  He listen to our directions, surveyed the house and got work.   He encountered some tricky situations (there is a separate apartment with the property), he called us over and explained the situation and made recommendations (separate key for the apartment locks) which we followed.
Brad was at our house for nearly 3 and 1/2 hours, working quietly  and efficiently.  At completion, we had new lock sets, one key for all exterior doors and separate keys for the apartment.
