"It was a pleasure again working with Yosuary Diaz and his team on our unfinished basement renovation. We hired them before for whole house interior painting. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom! "We selected Omar's based on another (retired) contractor's recommendation and on the basis of their work repainting and repairing plaster in the interior of our house, and we're glad we continued working with them. The owner made some good recommendations on the configuration of the bathroom. We did all the shopping for fixtures, tiles, etc., and the cost of those is not reflected in the "Approximate cost of service" field in this review.

The workers were skilled and diligent, and worked very hard. Everything looks great - good job on the tiling and painting, and all the fixture installations are very professional.

The project didn't quite finish at the scheduled time, but some of the delay was due to fixtures ordered from other providers that were damaged when they were delivered to us. Waiting on replacements slowed things down a bit, to no fault of Omar's.

The crews took care not to damage our recently finished hardwood floors, and although moving fixtures through the house inevitably resulted in a few chips in our recent paint job, they did a good job of touching those up.

When we noticed a few details that we wanted done differently, they were happy to oblige."

"Manny was great! Hanged, taped, mudded, and sanded roughly 8.5' X 8' wall that I framed... had 'my studs' not been slightly twisted, bowed and warped the wall would be 100% perfect. Manny's work was excellent and the wall is smooth no divots or gaps. I provided the drywall and corner bead. Will definitely hire Manny again!"

"These guys are fantastic! I can not say enough to give them enough praise. I have used them twice now. Once to paint my upstairs (every wall) and then again to paint the formal rooms downstairs (formal living, dining and foyer) and 2 stairways. They are very professional, the owner stopped by several times to check in on the progress and the lead painter made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and pointed out any issues that may slow them down, presented us options, and had us decide what action was best. We just bought our house and it had many problems with the walls - mostly bad sheet rock tape and a multitude of dents. Our painters fixed it all! We were limited on time, so instead of leaving work undone or requiring another of of work, they brought in a 4th painter and stayed late to make sure everything was done to satisfaction.  At one point, they had started painting one room, and I decided the color I picked out did not work. No problem, no grumbling or complaints, they just moved to another area until I could get a gallon of the new color.  Every time I peeked in on them, not once did I catch anyone resting or slacking off. These are very hard working fellows and very good at what they do.  Professionalism and quality of work at its best.
