"This is our fourth time using Diaz for our home renovations. He refinished and stained floors and painted several rooms. He also rebuilt an upstairs deck. "Manny was very quick to respond. He stayed in contact with me during the week to ensure I understood what I was paying for and he wanted to ensure he understood what I was requesting. Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! Will probably use again. I have 2 bathrooms and a bedroom next on the list."

"These guys are fantastic! I can not say enough to give them enough praise. I have used them twice now. Once to paint my upstairs (every wall) and then again to paint the formal rooms downstairs (formal living, dining and foyer) and 2 stairways. They are very professional, the owner stopped by several times to check in on the progress and the lead painter made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and pointed out any issues that may slow them down, presented us options, and had us decide what action was best. We just bought our house and it had many problems with the walls - mostly bad sheet rock tape and a multitude of dents. Our painters fixed it all! We were limited on time, so instead of leaving work undone or requiring another of of work, they brought in a 4th painter and stayed late to make sure everything was done to satisfaction.  At one point, they had started painting one room, and I decided the color I picked out did not work. No problem, no grumbling or complaints, they just moved to another area until I could get a gallon of the new color.  Every time I peeked in on them, not once did I catch anyone resting or slacking off. These are very hard working fellows and very good at what they do.  Professionalism and quality of work at its best.
