Ali was a true professional and had the the equipment and parts with him to successfully fix the issue with my TV. The repair saved me a significant amount of money because he was able to fix the issue and I didn’t have to buy another TV.

Very well. Ali is extremely thorough and patient. He will not give up until he fixes what is not working. Payment does not escalate if problem takes longer than anticipated to solve. I highly recommend.

Based on some online research, I thought I had diagnosed the problem but did not have the technical skills to fix my TV myself, so I called a couple companies on Angie's List.  The first one I called was very polite, but wanted to charge me what seemed like a lot just to come to my house to give an estimate that would not count towards the cost of the repair.  I called Universal Electronics and the gentleman immediately answered his phone and made arrangements to come out that day (a Saturday) to look at the TV for $45 that, if I chose to use him to repair it, would then apply to the repair.  He was timely to his appointment and told me that he thought he could fix the TV in a manner that was significantly less costly than I had anticipated.  He had to order a part and come back in a couple days to finish the job, but I paid him $45 that day for his appointment.  When he came back to repair the TV, I was not home and my wife gave him a check for the full amount of the repair (not deducting the $45 I had already paid on the first visit).  I called him that evening and he looked at the check and immediately acknowledged the error and said he would send me a check for $45.  A few days later, he hand-delivered $45 in cash to my house.  I found this to be very honest and the TV is working perfectly.

Called and arranged to meet. He was very flexible with my timing.

The experience was good.

He was a bit later than he said he'd be, but called to tell me. Overall, a happy experience.
