I received quotes from 2 contractors to install the window, and while Clifton charged more, I got more. Chris put me at ease from the very beginning about the install and possible water problems; it was obvious that this wasn't Chris' first install. He spent time with me going over all my questions and explaining in detail the project and how it would be done. He recommended some additional work involving drainage and landscaping and spelled out the pros and cons for each. He covered everything and when I got his proposal, it was all spelled out with options noted and additional costs. I got to pick what additions I wanted and how it would impact the cost of the contract. His crew showed up on time each day and worked hard from beginning to end. They kept me informed each step of the way and took care to keep the work area clean and safe. I was super impressed with their attitudes and friendliness. And most of all, I was super impressed with the professionalism of their work; the project totally exceeded my expectations. It has now been over 5 months and we still have windows that need to be replaced and Window Nation has fraudulently told the finance department the job is complete so we now need to pay for a job that is not completed. Avoid this company if possible."
